Share Charming 3BR Twin in East Falls House (Shared Housing)

I'm looking for a quiet, mature non-smoker to share my 3 bedroom twin house on a quiet, tree-lined street in East Falls. Looking for a mature, responsible adult, -- ideally a graduate or medical student, or someone in need a temporary living... arrangement. I'm an easygoing 61-year-old high school English teacher. I am away from the house most weekdays from 7 am - 3:30 pm; you would have the house to yourself during those hours. The rent includes all utilities, including cable tv and Wifi, heat and AC (window units), water, and electric. The house has a lot of character, with high ceilings and rooms that are more spacious than most row houses and apartments. The upstairs is three bedrooms and a full bath. The front bedroom is mine, the back bedroom yours, and the third bedroom an office that would also be yours. The available bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, nightstand, bookcase, chest of drawers, and closet. The extra bedroom can be serve as an office, workspace, and/or extra closet space. The shared upstairs bathroom is spacious and clean. Shared downstairs spaces include a tastefully decorated living room, dining room, kitchen (fully stocked, with a dishwasher), powder room, and mud room with a washer and dryer, all leading to a secluded backyard patio and garden. I keep the house clean and would expect the same from a boarder. You would have full use of all common spaces while you are in the house. Looking for an arrangement that provides each of us with the right balance of interaction and privacy. My twin house sits on a quiet, tree-lined street, one of the nicer ones in East Falls, just off Henry Ave. East Falls train station is a 5-7 minute walk. Stops for the 32 bus are a block away. Walking distance to Drexel Medical School. Great neighbors - quiet but friendly. It's a quiet, tree-shaded street with plenty of safe, accessible street parking. Easy commute to 76 in either direction, as well as Lincoln Dr. and Wissahickon/Forbidden Drive. Kelly Drive and the Schuylkill River are at the bottom of the hill. No pets please.
