Mostly just issues with maintenance requests or availability of staff. Sometimes maintenance marks your work orders as complete and then forgets to actually do them.

Great location and friendly, responsive staff. Moved to a new unit in the building after a great first year. Community spaces are useful, the roof spaces are great for entertaining, and I have been encouraged that I continue to see updates being made to the building/resident experience.

Overall, it is a good place to live, but there are some issues that I've run into. Elevators constantly breaking, mold in the AC/heaters, outdoor areas by doors always smell strongly of dog pee. For the price I'm paying, I'd expect these issues to be non-existent.

I just recently moved here and have loved it so far! Everyone is so sweet (neighbors, staff...) and that rooftop view is priceless! I only dock 4 starts because sometimes the street can be a bit loud but it really isn't a bother as well as some minor things in the apartment that need fixing! However, the maitenance is extremely fast and kind!

Good living, nice people, efficient maintenance team. Compared to other apartments around the neighborhood this place definitely stands out in terms of living conditions, quality of leasing team, quality of maintenance team and services.
