Good building, rooms are not huge. The gym is not much of anything, but secure, clean, good maintenance, and in a great location in the city.

I absolutely love it here at AQ Rittenhouse. My apartment is my favorite I’ve ever had in the city, and the rooftop is gorgeous. Plus the staff is amazing!

I moved in 3 weeks ago and I like living here so far. My garbage disposal broke this week and submitted my request - the service came next day and fixed everything.
