The staff have been helpful and friendly. Moving in was helpful with the garage parking, carts, and elevator reservation. Touring and applying was pretty easy and explanatory. The building is clean and quiet. The fellow residents are nice. Payments and rent are easy through the portal.

Good sense of community and well-kept building. However, front desk staff can be very hit or miss. One of them said it was "ridiculous" that I asked her to pick up my package. And, they can be hard to find. Often extended time periods where the front desk staff is MIA.
