Do Not Rent From Sliverstone Properties they Are Slumlords they don't follow tenant and landlord laws they have paid lawyers on retainers did the research on them they are out of New Jersey company does alot of violatons to tenants

Maintenance is horrible. Management is HORRIBLE. Nobody responds to maintenance requests, calls or emails. The price for these apartments is NOT worth it. Consider looking and moving elsewhere please.

Ive lived here for 2 years, not because I want to but the location is convenient. That is probably the only pro to this apartment. We have had mice, ants in the summer, stink bugs get in, and when new tenants move in roaches come out. Maintenance is trash, will walk in your apartment any time with no warning & even with new management there has not been any changes. The washer & dryers look disgusting and im pretty sure theres mold in the basements due to water having no where to go besides the... floors. Management saying for months that garages will be ready, several people have had there car broken, tires slashed, towing all for no reason. This place has not changed. Do no recommend!

A hot MESS!!!

I have recently moved here and find that this place is a "hot mess," ie yes there is incoming / new management and the property has a lot of potential, that is, if management had gotten rid of their tenants who are too trifling to appreciate what this place should / could be! The garage parking, some spaces are being used to run side businesses, ie every night I'm now having to call the police to stop the motorcycles being tested / fixed underneath my apartment, not to mention, that I was... awaken @ 2:00am by the smell a of gasoline, because they have tenants who were left-over and have use of the garages.. Although, I didn't move in right away, management, nothing worked as it should have, doors had nails protruding out of them, sockets didn't work, hallway / front doors don't close properly and please don't let me talk about the mal-lighting and trash /weeds, in the drive-way. This place is not ready to receive new / serious tenant, such as my self. Lastly, the management company has a part in gas, as I have not used any gas for cooking, and have received a bill for not less than $25.00 consistently over the last three months, not to mention the fact that my bell /supposedly intercom system has never worked and there isn't even a place to receive your mail, as I had to file a formal complaint w / post-office, in order to understand that it's not ok to leave / pkgs., on the ground, as I am not a DOG, no matter that a lot of the tenants here at present, are seriously trifling!!
