I personally love my unit, however, the building itself is not the best. We have to battle with losing access to water very often, garage gate for private parking is always broken, elevators always breaking, and much more.

I rate living here a 2 out of 5 Safety-(People not singing in, homeless people sleeping outside of doors, front door unlocked, There needs to be someone walking the halls periodically, to make sure everyone is safe..especially during the night hours) Cleanliness-Carpet needs to be replaced throughout building, smells and is dirty, when you go out side doors it smells like pee from homeless people urinating, the rug in entry way also smells, the hallways need to be vacuumed more often, walls wiped down, couches and chairs cleaned in sitting areas on floors, storage areas need a very thorough cleaning there is mold in the one my unit is attached to, elevators cleaned more often, the whole building needs some type of deodorizer) Appliance updates Storage- You shouldn’t have to pay for it, every other apartment complex gives you a storage unit without a fee! Pros- Residents, Concierge & The Office staff are very nice. Maintenance is efficient and prompt

Moving in was very simple. All the staff have been very kind and helpful during the process. Everyone has been kind and welcoming. I’ve truly enjoyed my first week in my new home!

Needs cameras and units to be updated before move in.. but a good apartment thus far. I've had well over a handful of maintenance requests and I've only been here for about a week.

Love living here. It's a fantastic community with great tenants! The location is prime. The accessibility to public transport and center city Philadelphia is unbeatable.
