I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The space is well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The apartment itself is in good condition and the high ceilings and natural light can’t be beat. The hallways, roof deck, stairwells, and overall building need maintenance and a deep clean. There have been thefts from the covered garage and flooding when there is heavy rain in the Front St lot. It can be hard to get a response from property management via email. Concierges and on-call maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They are hosting more community events recently, which is nice.
