I’m enjoying my time here at The Victor. I just think we need better , upgraded appliances. More amenities and better security for the homeless people who sit at our doors.

I have had one maintenance issue after another since signing the lease. The longer I’m here the more issues I find this place looks like it was painted by a kindergartner the cabinets are dry rotting. Picking up packages is hell. The location and my laziness to find a new place is thee only reason I’m still here.

Victor overall has given me an immense homely feeling. With good ambiance, amazing views and respectful neighbours. The lobby and hallway are always really clean which adds up to the good feeling.
