I scheduled for a tour today at 4:30 and ended up being stood up by the leasing management. There was another person there waiting who was scheduled at 4pm and stated they scheduled their tour 4 days ago! I’m very disappointed. There was nobody at the front desk and it was just very inconvenient and a huge waste of time. I was also informed that that management is never there and the leasing gallery is always empty. Very unprofessional!
