The owners of this place are cheap ! I had a broken washing machine for the first 11 months I was there. Management and maintenance played games. They finally replaced it my last month there… I had to hang them up to dry during my time there. My dishwasher also went down, that took them forever to replace too. There I was washing dishes by hand. And my hot water heater also broke and got replaced. It was like a part time job trying to communicate with these people and host repair men, in an out, in and out. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Trust.

i tired to viewed this apartment they confirmed the morning of my appointment the man in the leasing office was extremely rude, they waste my time because i got there and they had no apartments to show me

Worst leasing office
Leasing office is never open and they constantly screw up paperwork. Not worth the hassle. Might as well also not even have a package room since things never actually get put there and are always stolen. There are much better apartment buildings in Philly for the price.

The current property manager is not good
We went to the building to see several units to move in, and the property manager showed no interest in us, rushed us at all times, and didn't have the best attitude. During our tour, we could tell that the building wasn't well-maintained, and the hallways were very dirty. We do not recommend moving here.

AVOID THE HUB AT ALL COST
Avoid the hub at all cost unless you like things constantly being broken and taking months to repair! How difficult is it to fix a firepit? Very difficult for Rushmore Management. The pool, patio and bar area are consistently trashed and overrun with people throwing unsanctioned parties. Cars windows are constantly being smashed. You can see the fake brick on the first floor coming off showing what quality construction this property has. Property Management's response is to put up higher fencing... and zip tying the gate that doesn't work in the first place, open.
At one point, you could rent an AirBNB here furnished for almost less than you could pay if you signed a 12 month lease. That alone should tell you the quality of this place.
This property is a complete joke. Avoid it. Look elsewhere for your own sanity!
