This house features a glass enclosed foyer, a large living room with fireplace and crown moldings, a spacious dining room, as well as a shared kitchen and breakfast room. All bedrooms are furnished. Two rooms are available immediately in this spacious home. Professional and graduate students are preferred. Utilities are included in the rent. Use of the Laundry Room and Kitchen is included. Long term lease is preferred. Semester term lease may be available. This is a smoke free and drug free house. Clean environment in friendly, welcoming house. 16 minute walk to UPenn campus and Dental School. Close to SEPTA #34 Trolley on Baltimore Ave and SEPTA #42 bus on Spruce Street. Close to Clark Park and these restaurants: Greenline Cafe, Clarkville, Vagrant Coffee, Aksum, Vietnam Cafe, Loco Pez, Gold Standard Cafe and Vientiane as well as Mariposa Food Coop—all these near 47th and Baltimore Ave, four blocks from this Peaceful Study House.
