Building is cheaply put together. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything your neighbor does no matter if they are beside you, above or below you will hear everything. Hallways also noisey kids constantly running the halls. I’ve heard many domestic disputes in the hallway. Most times emails go unanswered. They only do tours during the day when everyone is at work so most people are at work so you can’t hear all noise. Had a tour appointment today on 10-31-22 to look at Overbrook Loft apartments we got there on time we set for half hour or so waiting for the lady that was suppose to meet us there, I'm knocking on the office door get no answer and calling her and not getting no answer on the phone next thing we know here comes some of the people that lives there and just move in two weeks ago upset because they was saying for two days they had been without hot water and no heat they also said that they had been... calling management, maintenance and the lady that I had an appointment with none of them was there and not answering there phones WOW!!!! moving on Read More

The pictures are real and accurate, unlike at most locations. Units are renovated and spacious. The place is kept nice and clean, and is fairly quiet. The trolly runs right across the street and it's very convenient for public transportation commuting. Kina, the property manager is really nice and friendly (as is everyone around here, maintenance and neighbors) as well as quick with what needs to be done. Being a Temple University grad student i found Overbrook Gardens to be the ideal location for me. It has great access to R5 commuter rail at Overbrook station for commuting to and from school as well as main line. Overall, property is immaculate and well kept. Kina, the property manager does and excellent job and is always available in case of a maintenance issue. I would highly recommend this property and is great value.
