I have written many reviews while living at Maybrook for six years. The reason is that I can not say enough wonderful things about living here. From the girls in the office to the maintenance group, they make certain that every request is met.
The building is always kept clean and the surroundings are beautiful. I would recommend Maybrook for anyone looking for a community that includes everything to make living here a joy!!

Greystar has done a better job than the previous mgt. There are still some issues
like the fire alarm system and the power going off too often. Plus the garage
leaking every time it rains. Residents pay to park in the garage which isn't really
acting like a garage. Dirty walls or damaged walls are still an issue.

Regarding the fire alarm system, the alarms are triggered by actual system notifications to ensure the safety of residents and the building. While they can sometimes be inconvenient, they are an important part of maintaining a safe community. As for power outages, our community spans approximately 36 acres and during severe wind or rain storms power interruptions can occasionally occur, unfortunately this is outside of management’s control. We appreciate you bringing the garage to our attention, our team will review your concerns to determine what improvements can be made.
