We do not have any pets but are fine with pets living here. The house in on the corner of Woodcrest and 58th. It is a 6 bedroom house with 2 kitchens, a living room, and a large hangout room in the basement. 3.5 baths. The floor being offered has... their own full bathroom and the laundry room is on the same floor. The floor also has their own access to outside as it is street level with a ring doorbell on the door. Utilities are not included but are for electricity, water, and wifi. The kitchen space would be shared with 2 girls. Trash and recycling are picked up each Monday. The walk to campus is about 10 minutes and the house has a full security system and deadbolt locks on each door. The lease is from Aug 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026. Rent would be $625 for one person, but if two people would like to split the bedroom, they can split the rent.
