Not as Good as Expected
I lived here briefly while selling my house last year. Here's what I experienced. They waived the pet fee for me. I really appreciated the on site gym and rooftop deck. All units have a washer/dryer. Now the bad stuff. The whole 6-7 months I stayed, only 1 of 2 elevators worked (the working one regularly got stuck on the 2nd floor). The parking lot gate only worked 2 days, so it was common for people to take your parking spot. You still have to pay for gated parking though. The sensor thing on the rear door of the building is almost falling off. A package was taken from the mailroom and our outgoing mail never arrived at it's destination, so we stopped using the mailroom for important stuff. Two apps are required to live here. As a personal preference, my husband and I hated having to use our phones to gain entrance to things. But you may love it. If you ever forget it, you're locked out of your apartment and building. And even though I gave the required 90 day notice to move out, I never got my sec deposit back. Nor did I receive any response to letters I sent to management about it. Oh, and the Butterfly intercom system would not work sometimes. I suggest you check out other places.
