Entire 3rd floor of an historically certified, architect renovated Queen Anne twin home on a quiet family street in Squirrel Hill. I own and live in the house. Tenant has entire 3rd floor (there is no separate entrance, it is simply the third floor... of my house) consisting of one large south-facing living room, one medium sized bedroom, one smaller pantry room with microwave and small fridge, several clothes closets, and a large full bath with tub and shower. Tenant has full access (shares with me) ground floor kitchen, laundry, living and dining rooms, front porch, back patio and basement for storage. House has central AC. All utilities are included in the rent. The third floor is furnished, ie., living room has sofa, desk, sitting chair and flat screen TV; bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and cedar wardrobe. There are several closets. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and a shower. Looking for responsible Masters/Phd student or faculty. International students and faculty welcomed. LGBT tenants welcomed.
