The homes are renovated and really spacious. Having a backyard and a basement was really convenient. The place also comes with in-unit laundry and is already furnished which is great. The property manager was always very responsive and efficient with regards to maintenance issues. The location is also ideal as a Temple student because it is walking distance to the hospital, school, and Erie station. Safety is also well-addressed by property manager, but can always be improved.

A BANG for the buck!
I loved staying at Carlisle Court! Ever since they have switched owners, everything has been running very smooth. The apartments are brand new, pretty spacious and I loved that they came fully furnished with a private bathroom. My roommates were all med students which was really nice and the location was incredibly convenient. I recommend this place to any Med student who is looking for an affordable and convenient spot. I didn’t have to buy anything besides small personal items because it’s literally furnished with everything. Also- shout out to Janki the property manager. She is super responsive and nice.

Awesome place to stay!
Its fully furnished, bang for the buck, and really close to Temple Med School. Roommates and neighbors are all Med students so it’s nice too. Its also great to have a private bathroom that’s pretty newly renovated.
