The home is set on a ½ acre lot with tall shade trees and lush old growth gardens. This room is on the 3rd floor with 2 gentlemen homeowners living on the first two floors. Refinished original hardwood floors are throughout the bedrooms and hallway. The west facing bedroom is a large furnished bedroom (14' x 16') with two large windows and air conditioning and ceiling fan. Room includes full size bed, 2 night tables with lamps, 2 dressers, desk & chair, lounge chair and armoire. This room is directly adjacent to a full-bathroom. Down the hall from the bedroom is the private eat-in kitchen which is bright and spacious with a great view of the yard and trees. Basic kitchen supplies are included along with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bedroom is fully furnished but will allow approved, manageable pieces of your own. A relaxing sitting area is also available at the top of the grand staircase to let you unwind from your day. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one other tenant also renting a room on the third floor. Laundry available in the basement. Home has a security system.
Rent is $675 per month and includes all utilities (electric, gas, water & WiFi). One month's security deposit due with first month's rent. Rental application provided at room showing. Owners perform credit and reference check prior to acceptance.
