The overall living experience has been okay, but there are several areas that need improvement. The security of express packages really needs to be strengthened.In addition, the elevators break down quite frequently. This has caused inconvenience, especially during busy hours or when moving heavy items. I hope management can improve maintenance and ensure the elevators operate more reliably.
On a positive note, the staff members are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have questions or need... assistance, they respond patiently and try their best to solve the problem. I truly appreciate their attitude and professionalism.

Living in Arrive has been a unique and enjoyable experience. My unit is part of a large complex, and I love the open-plan layout that makes the space feel bigger than it is. The modern kitchen, with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is my favorite spot to cook.
The amenities are a huge plus. I often start my day with a workout in the well-equipped fitness center and relax on weekends by the swimming pool. Having a balcony is wonderful; I sit there with my coffee, just... watching the world go by.
The management is professional and quick to help with any maintenance issues. The community is quiet and friendly, making it feel like a safe and comfortable home. It’s a convenient and pleasant way to live.
