It’s a shame such a beautiful place be so mismanaged.
We had many bad experiences just for never being listened to or appreciated.
There was a miscommunication the last time that made 10 international military guests from different countries feel so embarrassed that even they complained about the thought of moving there.
I really hope they change the way they treat the residents.

It's been mostly a quiet experience with a new problem pest coming in strongly from who knows where. Contacted via the portal or Pest Control Hopefully this saw is the pest problem. The only other problem is trying to get around.

Overall it has been a very nice experience from common area access to maintenance requests being addressed in a timely manner. My biggest "gripe" is a lack of communication either through the app or via direct email(s) that were not responded to by management on site.
