Maintenance has been responsive and overall it's been very good. Our biggest concerns are that the amenities that attracted us have been "lacking" since day 1.

I really wanted to give 3 1/2 stars but this does not allow that. And I gave that because I barely got to use the indoor pool and hot tub since I have been a resident. Whenever I put in a maintenances issue it’s get resolved right away. I always see the grounds keepers and cleaning crew when I am leaving AP and some times when I’m returning home. Security is always there. And the crew in the leasing office are always there to answer my question. It’s really the lack of access to the pool. Keep... up with the social events I do like that you all are trying to make the castle that is AP feel like a community.

Beautiful Old Charm with Modern Flare

Although updated the property still has the old charm of the beautiful structure that has been there for years. The leasing agents are very professional and pleasant. I missed out on the apartment that I wanted because their units go fast. I'll move faster next time.

We just moved in on April 25th and it has been an amazing experience so far. The other neighbors are all incredibly nice and welcoming so far! Plus Keith the security guard helped us move our couch inside when we were moving totally unsolicited! He really deserves a raise or a bonus!
