Rooms can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished.

Location 1/2 block from University of the Sciences campus, less than 1 mile/15 minute walk from Penn campus. ONE BLOCK from Penn shuttle bus to Penn campus.

All rooms are part of a house. The first floor has a separate apartment with own kitchen and bathroom.

Shared kitchen and bathroom on the 2nd floor. Common room is on the 1st floor.
Access to laundry facilities (NOT coin operated) in the basement. Use of laundry facility needs to be coordinated with other tenants.

Utilities costs to be shared with other tenants depending on number of rooms rented - yearly average approximately $100/month/person. Wifi/internet approximately $ 40/month/person Air -conditioning units available for each bedroom.

Tenants are mostly young professionals and graduate students of The University of the Sciences/St. Joseph's University, University of Pennsylvania and Drexel.
