Harford Hall is one of the oldest houses in Pennsylvania. The oldest wing dates from c. 1698. The apartment is on the third floor. The bedroom is in the wing that dates from 1800. The study room and full bath in the 1715 section. The shared entrance... to the apartment is at the rear of the house up outside stone steps and then through a shared space. Large gable windows light the two rooms. Microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and mini fridge are provided. There is no oven. There is an outside patio and a very large garden. Parking is in the drive. The Norristown 100 line to Villanova is yards from the house, Cobbs (Karakung) Creek and park are steps away.
The laundry room is on the ground floor. A dog is permitted. (I have two small dogs of my own.) Parties and smoking not permitted.
Because of the shared entry way, a male tenant would probably be appropriate.
